mitraHelp centerConnected accounts & permissions
Connect the services you need and decide when Mitra can take action.
Connect a service
Open Settings → Connectors in Mitra and select a service available in your app. Follow its sign-in or device-permission flow, then return to Mitra.
Use the account that contains the information you want Mitra to work with. Connections and permission options can differ by service and device.
Review permissions
Read the access requested during setup and review the controls shown for that service. Where available, settings let you allow an action, require approval each time, or turn it off.
Phone calls have a separate Making calls setting with Always, Ask each time, and Never. See how call approval works.
Make a specific request
Once the relevant service is connected, tell Mitra what you need. For example, with a calendar connection:
When using MCP, requests still go through your Mitra assistant and its existing permissions. The external AI app receives Mitra’s replies; it doesn’t gain its own direct browsing access to your connected accounts.
Fix a connection
If a service stops responding, check its connection in Mitra, confirm the intended account, and complete any sign-in or permission prompt. Try a simple request again.
For Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client, remove and reconnect Mitra in that client, then complete the browser sign-in. See the MCP troubleshooting guide for specific errors.
